MY OPINION
The fact that Astor is not available worldwide really saddens me. I really want everyone to experience this amazing brand.

Astor Soft Sensation Lipcolor Butters are look-alikes of Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains. Where Revlon Balm Stains are more like lip stains with a slightly semi-matte finish, Astor Lipcolour Butters are giant glossy tubes. The most surprising thing is that with being glossy they have a lasting power of 4 hours without eating or drinking. Truly impressive! They do not bleed and they fade evenly.

The Lipcolor Butters have sheer to buildable medium coverage. They are super moisturising, it is just like wearing a lip balm, no drying moment at all, at least for me. The have a beautiful colour range of 12 colours out which I have three swatched below.

010 Pink Lady is a cool-toned Barbie pink. 011 Feeline Feline is the most flattering, gorgeous of glossy corals that is my favourite of the bunch, no surprises here though. 015 Cheeky Cherry is a very pretty cherry red that would be perfect for people who want to wear red but are afraid to go bold.

From packaging to formula, I honestly can’t find one fault with these Lipcolor Butters. They really are an all in one: lipstick, lip balm and lipgloss. To top it off, I’d pick these over the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains, any time just because of how comfortable they feel on my lips. Although I must point again, both of them have a different formula and are not really comparable.

MY RATING

Jeez Astor never fails to impress me with their new releases every month! These just made to my Top 5 lip products.
