Bobbi Brown Blush in 'Apricot' (swatch)
A bright coral-pink matte blush that is silky to the touch and blends like a dream. Yep, that pretty much sums Bobbi Brown Apricot Blush.

Matte blushes are pretty scary because they are so damn hard to blend. On top of it, if the colour is like what you see in the swatch, hot coral-pink, one tries to steer clear of it as much as possible. But I have always heard amazing stuff about Bobbi Brown blushes and wanted to try it.

I found Apricot to have just the right amount of pigmentation. It has great colour payoff but nothing that turns you into a clown. Of course, always apply such a bright colour with a soft hand. The pigmentation can be easily controlled too. I tap of all excess and lightly dust it on my cheeks for a slight flush and intensify it if I feel like. You will be amazed at how natural a soft hint of this blush can look. The colour is oh-so-gorgeous. One my absolute faves! It looks so flattering and I love how well it blends in with the skin.

The formula is very silky. I was expecting some powderiness but there was none. And to top it all, the lasting power is great. I wore it for an entire day and by the end of it I still had a hint of colour left on my cheeks.

There is nothing not to love about this blush. I certainly plan on getting hold of a few more shades.
