Tangle Teezer The Original comes in 5 different colours. I instead chose the range Salon Elite (also in 5 colours) because of its more concave shape for better hand grip. The colour I picked is Blue Blush.

With beauty bloggers all swearing over the miraculous results of the Tangle Teezer it was hard not to get caught in the web. Honestly, I do have hair tangling issues, I have medium-thick straight black hair till my waist, which are sometimes a nuisance to brush. Being the lazy kind, there are days when I just wrap them in a bun without bothering to untangle them. So if a product like Tangle Teezer could be only half as good as it says, I have almost struck gold.

I saw Tangle Teezer in limited shades at my local drugstore for around 15 EUR, I wasn't keen to spend 15 EUR on just a brush, which could be all hype and no work. Then I saw it on Look Fantastic for 12 EUR, which was a price I could be willing to pay. Still for some reason I had set this brush at the back of my wishlist when I was contacted by the amazing Look Fantastic's social media executive - Laura. She sent me some products along with a voucher code to spend on the site and any guesses what did I order? Of course, the Tangle Teezer.

I chose Salon Elite over The Original because, one, the concave shape promised better grip and, two, I liked the duo colours and the duo matte and glossy finish. Tangle Teezer is so adorable that even if it doesn't do what it says, it makes me feel super special while brushing my hair.

After using the brush for a couple of weeks on both dry and wet hair, I can safely say that there IS something different about this brush. I have no idea about the mechanism behind it, it may be the uneven bristles. But while it is not a miraculous product since you do feel a tiny tug now and then, it does make brushing hair so much more easier. It glides more smoothly than my normal paddle brush and there is less hair breakage. The best thing is, it makes brushing wet hair painless.

Lastly, it is very easy to clean it too, whether you wash it or just lightly scrape of the fluff and lint, the brush dries quickly and doesn't get damaged.

This brush is going to be well-loved and well-used. I don't think I am returning to any other of my hair brushes any time soon.

Would I recommend this? Oh yes! It is definitely money well spent. Though I am sure the results vary from hair to hair. It sure makes my hair happy.
