Salcura Antiac Range - Review

Some time back I reviewed Salcura's Sensitive & Dry Skin Range. Today I have their very popular Antiac Range for acne-prone skin which consists of four products. The Daily Face Wipes and Face Wash for keeping skin blemish-free and the Activ Liquid Spray and Gel Serum for people suffering from severe acne. This range contains Sea Buckthorn oil which helps reduce inflammation and the omega 3,6,7 and 9 rejunevates skin. The products are free from all chemicals.

Antiac Daily Face Wipes (25 wipes) | £6.99

The Daily range has a very strong essentials oil scent to it, I can't put my finger on what it really is. It may put off some people but I am actually totally addicted to the scent. It is absolutely reawakening. 

The face wipes help remove all the makeup from surface. I do think they are slightly pricey compared to other options available, especially if you are not from UK. The good thing about them is that they stayed very moist till the last wipe when I had them opened for two months or so.

I really love the face wash. It is very refreshing and calming. Most face washes disturb the pH level of our skin which then requires a toner to balance it. Antiac Daily Face Wash has a neutral pH level. It helps keeping my skin blemish-free and does not dry it out or add too much hydration. I would definitely consider buying it again especially because of its intoxicating scent.

Antiac Activ Liquid Spray 50ml | £9.99

Salcura Antiac ACTIV Liquid Spray is an intensive therapy for the skin. Formulated to clear flare ups or deal with regularly occurring moderate/severe acne. Use, as required, to tackle acne, blemishes, whiteheads, blackheads, pimples, cystic acne, papules, pustules and nodules on the face and body.

Antiac Aciv Gel Serum 15ml | £8.99

 Salcura Antiac ACTIV Gel Serum is an intensive therapy, formulated to target spots fast! Use on acne, blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, acne cysts, papules, pustules and nodules, with visible results in as little as FOUR hours.

After washing the face I spray the Liquid Spray onto the congested areas and then massage it well till it absorbs into my skin. Then after adding some moisturiser I put the Gel Serum on any spots I may have. The Gel Serum really helps reduce any redness and after continuous use the spots fully disappear in 48 hours. Although as Salcura claims I didn't see any visible results in only 4 hours.

As for the Liquid Spray, I feel both the products in conjuction help in attaining a clear skin. The best part is both products are non-drying unlike most breakout correctors. The dryness irks me and I love being able to use the Antiac Activ range daily without stripping my skin off moisture.

Although I do feel the products are not miracles and will not work wonders on very fierce acne. They are a nice thing to add to your regime if you like a clear skin and do not suffer from severe breakouts. And only their long-term use can guarantee good results.
